A role covering technical, strategic and organisational aspects of Web/Digital Marketing. Managing a growing team of SEO/Digital Marketing professionals to deliver ambitious results and ensure performance optimisation between the Marketing and Technical aspects of the business. The role also includes extensive experience in site migration, CMS integration and workflow management, within Digital Marketing as well as including other internal stakeholders of the business. My job is to combine Marketing channels of acquisition and technical expertise in order to inform strategy and increase the value of the Brand.

April 2014 – December 2014: Global SEO Manager at ETX Capital

Full ownership of Brand-specific SEO strategy, its implementation and management across international markets. Currently operating in 18 countries/languages, including the UK, Germany, France and China.

November 2013 – April 2014: SEO Manager at Gamesys (Mice and Dice)

At Gamesys, my role consisted of SEO strategic management at multi-brand level and coordination of resources within the in-house SEO/Online Marketing team. A significant part of my role was dedicated to managing on-going relationships with other internal stakeholders, from Analytics to Development.

An SEO Manager role centred around strategy structuring and implementation across and Unibet. Full ownership of customer acquisition cycles via Search Marketing, from research and budgeting/planning to campaign execution and on-going optimisation. Management of large budgets for established and emerging markets, multilingual onsite and offsite SEO work across 28 markets.

On a more detailed level, day to day responsibilities can be summarised as follows:

September 2010-December 2011: SEO Executive at Unibet and Maria, London, with the following roles and responsibilities:

-Heading both internal and external SEO education programmes, which consists of a modular course I have designed specifically for the needs of the organisation

-SEO intelligence , including keyword research, competitor analysis, using Google Analytics data to set goals and assess performance, link profile management and link building campaign management

-SEO project management, consisting of Maria SEO ( 5 countries – Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland) and Unibet Romania, France, plus regular contributions to other East European markets such as the Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia and Croatia

-Link building campaign management, which includes identifying, interviewing, hiring and managing teams of link builders, monitoring link reports for quality and managing link acquisition as a sales process with link valuation at the centre of it

-Working with country managers to coordinate content strategy per country and generally keep teams informed about SEO activities in order to encourage contribution and participation in SEO-related processes
